Each treatment is tailored to the needs of the individual client and may include combinations of the following:
Emotion Code
Transformative energy work for releasing negative emotions that may have become trapped in your energy field from past events, relationships or traumas.
The emotions trapped in your body may affect your physical, mental or emotional wellbeing.
Body Code
Powerful energy healing method that finds the root causes of imbalances within the body which are then energetically reset, realigned or rebalanced to bring the body back into a healthier state of equilibrium. Beneficial for adults, as well as children and animals.
Dynamic Breathwork
Powerful breathing techniques stimulate the Vagus nerve which communicates between the brain and lungs. This has a direct calming effect on the nervous system, crucial for self-healing.
Sound Bath
Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and chimes are used to produce tranquil and vibrational sounds leading to deep relaxation. These resonant sounds help the body’s own energy flow to move back to a healthier alignment.
Energy Drumming
Drumming generates high vibrational rhythmic sounds that make our bodies, brainwaves and energy channels vibrate in response. I lead the session using a frame drum and combine this with movements and dancing in standing. The energy flow within the body is accentuated so that you become more aware of your inner connection. Your energy is grounded into the earth while at the same time lifting and energising your spirit.
Chakra Energy Balancing
There are seven chakras found in the body, from the top of the head to the base of the spine, and each one is responsible for an area of the body that controls the flow of energy to and from that area. The chakras can be affected by illness, anxiety, and stress. These chakras are energised and rebalanced using light hand techniques. Tibetan bowls and tuning forks may also be placed on acupressure points and chakra centres.
